Societe Generale Private Banking
Olivier Lecler started his career in 1992 at INSEE (French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies) as editor of the INSEE Bulletin on the macro-economic situation.
In 1996, he joined Societe Generale group as Strategic Studies Manager in the Finance and Development Department. In 1999, he was appointed Finance and Development Director of Fimatex, subsidiary which is Boursorama today, of which he became Deputy Managing Director in 2003.
Olivier Lecler then joined SGAM group in 2006, first as Head of Finance and Operations, then as deputy to the Deputy General Manager, Operations. Until May 2008, he was Chairman & CEO of SGAM Banque, specialised in structuring for alternative investments. In June 2008, Olivier Lecler became Chief Operating Officer of SGAM and CEO of SGAM AI, before being appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Global Investment Management & Services division in 2009.
From January 2011, he was CEO of Societe Generale Private Banking Monaco, and he became Managing Director of Societe Generale Bank & Trust, in charge of private banking activities in Luxembourg in January 2013.
Olivier Lecler is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (Paris Graduate School of Economics, Statistics and Finance).
Antoine Blouin began his career in 1999 at Banque du Louvre, now HSBC Private Bank (France) SA, in Paris as a Relationship Manager, before taking charge of the desk dealing with Large Corporate, Institutional Investors and Family Offices. In 2005 he took up a Product Specialist role responsible for marketing of discretionary management services at HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA in Geneva.
Antoine joined Societe Generale Private Banking (Suisse) SA in 2008 to develop our funds offering, then the Advisory and Management Advisory fields. He was appointed Chief Investment Officer in 2012 then Head of Wealth Management Solutions Switzerland in 2013.
Antoine has a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Market Finance from the Institut des Techniques de Marchés at the CFPB in Paris.
Julien Duniague joined the Societe Generale group in 2005 as an adviser on structured products and derivatives within the private bank in Luxembourg. He subsequently became Head of Structured Product Solutions for the business, then for the private bank in Switzerland in 2010.
The following year he become Global Head of Investor Solutions & Services, leading a team of specialists active within the various businesses making up the global network of the group’s private bank. He was appointed Deputy Head of Sales for Societe Generale Private Banking (Suisse) SA in July 2013 before becoming Head of Sales and Marketing in 2014.
Julien Duniague holds Master’s degrees in Economics and in International Banking and Financial Management.
Nicole Favre began her career in 1999 with Lombard Odier & Cie, initially as a junior manager in London, subsequently as a private banking project head, then as chief of staff to three partners, and ultimately as head of the Family Business department in Geneva. She then spent five years as head of international development at Monodor SA, a Swiss company active in the coffee capsule business.
In 2010 she joined the senior management at Societe Generale Private Banking (Suisse) SA as head of the executive management and of operational marketing, before becoming deputy COO in 2014 and COO of the company in 2015. As Chief Operating Officer in Switzerland, she oversees finance, risk and credits, operations, IT infrastructure, information systems, general administration, purchasing, organisation and projects activities, administrative management of human resources as well as assisting the CEO in oversight of compliance and legal departments. She is also responsible for relations with the Swiss regulatory authority (FINMA) and with external auditors.
Nicole Favre has a Master’s qualification in Economics and Finance from HEC Lausanne and the London School of Economics. She holds CIIA (International Investment Analyst) certification and the Swiss CFPI (Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager) diploma.
Tobias Wagner started his career with an International Business Incubator before joining global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman in 2001 as Associate and Project Manager for Financial Services Strategy Consulting.
In 2006, he joined Credit Suisse as Head of Private Banking Strategy Development transferring to the Front Office as Relationship Manager (U)HNWI for the Germany offshore market. From 2009 until 2012, Tobias headed up Business Areas Northern Europe and North & West Latam for Clariden Leu, a Private Banking subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group.
In 2012, he was appointed Credit Suisse Head of Market Group for UK/International Offshore covering UK/Ireland, Nordics and Netherlands. In 2015 he assumed responsibility for all European business in Singapore. In these senior positions he was responsible for defining country strategies and managing the sales force for France, Germany, Italy, UK/Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, Spain and Portugal.
Tobias Wagner holds a Masters Degree in International Business Studies from the University of Maastricht and Management education from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.

Hugues de La Marnierre
Hugues de la Marnierre was appointed Head of Corporate and Investment Banking in Switzerland as well as Senior Banker covering Swiss financial institutions in September 2013. He was previously Global Head of Client Management for Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking since April 2011.
He started his career in 1987 as a manager at PVO-AmOptions. In 1989, he headed up BNP dB 3A, an equity derivatives trading specialist then joined Natwest markets in 1991 as Head of Risk and Derivatives. In 1993, he was appointed Head of Equity Derivatives for the Americas at Crédit Lyonnais.
Hugues de la Marnierre retured to London in 1997 as Global Coordinator for Equity Derivatives Marketing at Paribas. In 2000, he became Global Head of Sales at Commerzbank, before joining Natixis in February 2008 as Global Head of Sales, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives and Institutional Commodity Derivatives, based in London. He joined Societe Generale in 2009 as Global Head of Client Management for Global Markets.
Hugues de la Marnierre graduated from Université Paris-Dauphine & Université Paris Nanterre.

Christophe Cirier began his career in 1992 within the retail banking division of Société Générale.
He joined ALD Automotive in 2003 and advanced through different management roles on an international scale.
Most recently he was successively responsible for Operations and risks at ALD Automotive Italy, before being appointed deputy CFO of ALD Automotive Group in 2012.
He became Managing Director of ALD Automotive Switzerland in April 2016.
As a member of the executive board of ALD Automotive Switzerland and Austria, Birgit Kuntner has been involved since the very beginning and started her career in 2003 as Finance Director in Austria.
In 2007 Birgit Kuntner was promoted to Regional Finance Director and is now responsible for all financial aspects of the group in the CSEE region.
Prior to her current position, Birgit Kuntner served as Accounting Director for the BetzDearborn GmbH.
Societe Generale Equipment Finance
Adrian started his professional career back in 1978 when he joined one of the first Swiss leasing companies established.
Meanwhile he has more than 28 years of experience in the equipment financing and leasing business, including corporate aircraft and ship financing as well as real estate leasing.
Before joining SGEF, Adrian had leadership positions with various financial institutions, including GE Capital Solutions and Credit Suisse.
Previously, he also worked for some years as Chartering Broker and later Managing Director of a ship operating company.
Adrian joined the Risk Department of SGEF Switzerland in 2010, was promoted to Head of Credit Risk in 2011 and to Co-CEO in August 2015.
